Policies

All tuition fees are fixed and non-negotiable.

Tuition fees may be reviewed and adjusted annually in line with rising operational costs and inflation. Any fee adjustments will be communicated in advance.

All lessons are charged on a monthly prepayment basis.

Invoices are issued on the 1st day of each month and must be settled within 7 days of issue.

Late payments will incur a 10% administrative fee, and the studio reserves the right to suspend lessons until all outstanding fees are fully paid.

All tuition fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except at the sole discretion of the studio.

Any unused lesson credits or remaining lesson quotas must be used within one month from the original scheduled lesson date or from the date of suspension. Unused credits beyond this period will automatically expire.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of a lesson.

Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows or late arrivals, will be charged in full.

If a student arrives late, the lesson will end at the scheduled time. Missed time will not be made up or extended.

If a student suspends lessons for more than one month for any reason, the studio cannot guarantee retention of the original lesson time slot. This policy excludes officially scheduled school holidays.

Upon resumption, lessons will be scheduled based on current teacher and studio availability.

If a student decides to discontinue lessons, notice must be given not only to the teacher but also formally to the studio. Notification to the teacher alone does not constitute official notice.

Teachers are assigned based on availability and scheduling considerations.

Flexible lesson arrangements (e.g. fortnightly lessons) may be accepted; however, consistent time slots cannot be guaranteed, and availability may vary from week to week.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the studio reserves the right to reschedule lessons at short notice or arrange alternative teaching solutions where possible.

The studio reserves the right to terminate lessons immediately or subsequently in cases of inappropriate behaviour, disruption, or conduct deemed unacceptable. In such cases, tuition fees are non-refundable.

Lessons affected by severe weather, transport disruption, or other circumstances beyond the studio’s control will be managed at the studio’s discretion. No refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated.

The studio reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. The most current version will apply to all ongoing lessons.

By enrolling in lessons at the studio, students and/or parents confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above studio policies.
